- Current six Months Bank Account statement/Passbook photocopy of applicant required
- Latest two Year ITR Along with computation of income/govt. salary slip/ form 16.A etc of applicant.(6 months Gap necesssary Between two years ITR)
- Photocopy of property papers (full chain of Sale deed)
- Photocopy of Latest House Tax Paid Receipt
- Photocopy of Latest Electricity and water Bill.
- Latest Search Report and Valuation Report Required.
Note: Charges of mortgaged Deed /Demortgaged Deed /Insurance /search or valuation Report Will Be paid By the loan Applicant.
Original Property Paper should be handed over to society Representative before the Disbursement of loan Cheque.
